VIP Scrubs Online Return Policy
All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

Due to hygiene and medical apparel standards, VIP Scrubs does not offer refunds on online purchases.
However, we want you to love your scrubs. If there is a sizing issue, we offer store credit or exchanges only under the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Once the item is received and inspected, store credit or an exchange will be issued.
Final Sale Items
Clearance or promotional items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
